Therapy and coaching for people who are done managing it alone.
A psychodynamic, body-based approach for high-achieving people
who want change that lasts.
Do any of these feelings ring true for you?
Part of you fears you aren't good enough for the relationship, career, or life you actually want.
Unworthy
Unfulfilled
You keep getting the same results in work and relationships, no matter how hard you try.
Disconnected from yourself
You're out of touch with what you feel and what your body is telling you. You keep busy so you don't have to notice.
Disconnected from others
Your life looks successful from the outside and feels flat from the inside.
Stuck
You want more closeness in your relationships and can't seem to get there.
Change is possible.
Most of the people I work with can already explain their patterns in great detail. And while understanding is a good start, my work is about what comes next.
My approach draws on psychodynamic therapy, somatic work, EMDR, and parts work, and nearly every session weaves several of these together. Psychodynamic work helps us understand where a pattern came from and how it keeps showing up. Somatic work and EMDR help your nervous system release what it's still holding, so the change settles into your body as well as your understanding. Parts work makes room for the pieces of you that are pulling in different directions, so they can stop fighting each other.
Which tools we use, and when, depends entirely on you. The relationship is the constant. This is a collaboration, and it works because you feel safe enough to be honest, including about the things you've never said out loud.
