For when the life you built
no longer fits.

I work with driven professionals in business, media, technology, entertainment, and entrepreneurship who are ready to understand what's keeping them stuck and move forward with clarity.

You've outgrown the version of yourself that got you here.

You've worked hard for a long time. And you have achieved many of your career and life goals. Yet here you are, wondering why it no longer feels like enough.

Most of my clients find themselves struggling in the middle of their success, often quietly and privately, while continuing to perform at a high level. The disconnect between how things look on the outside and how you feel on the inside can feel confusing and unnerving.

What I have found, again and again, is that this disconnect has deep roots. And when you understand the unconscious patterns driving you, something shifts that changes how you relate to yourself, your work, and the people in your life.

Taking the time to slow down and turn toward your anxieties is the path to a more authentic and meaningful life. That's the work I do. It's deep, and it meets you wherever you are.

That's something we'll both know once we talk. But you may recognize yourself in some of this:

• You've built an impressive career and privately you're not sure it still fits who you are.

• You're successful by every external measure and secretly exhausted, stressed, and burned out by what it takes to maintain.

• You're navigating a transition that's been harder than you expected, and you're used to being the one who handles things.

• You perform at a high level all day and feel like it's never quite enough. You're depleted, anxious, and unfulfilled.

• You've done therapy before and found it too passive, and you want something more direct.

• You're in a public-facing role and need a place where you can stop performing and start feeling more comfortable being the real you while sharing your many gifts.

If you saw yourself somewhere in that list, it’s a sign you’re in the right place. And if you don’t see yourself, that's fine, too. If you’re compelled to reach out, it usually means some part of you already knows you’re ready for support and change. That’s a great place to start.

You might be wondering if this is the right fit.

My specialties

The work takes different forms.
The depth is always the same.

Whether you're seeking therapy, leadership development, or support navigating a high-visibility career, the work begins in the same place: understanding what's driving your behavior, your patterns, and your sense of who you are. That’s what makes change possible, and it’s what makes it last.

About Linzie

I've been where you are.

I'm Linzie Janis, a psychotherapist working with executives, founders, journalists, and others in high-stakes, public-facing careers who are ready to do real inner work and build a life that actually fits who they are now.

I know this territory from the inside. Before becoming a therapist, I built an Emmy-winning career in TV journalism. Doing my own inner work to heal old wounds and redefine success was transformational. That journey is what guides how I help others now.

My approach is holistic and rooted in psychodynamic theory and the latest understanding of trauma and its impact on the brain, body and nervous system. I integrate depth psychology, somatic, EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed therapy, and mindfulness principles and practices.

If this resonates, let's talk.
